both once invented clothing, there’s been no looking back people say clothing does back almost 500 thousand years early human originated from Africa where the weather was mostly pleasant and you could actually survive with no clothes on we humans always been adventures Bunch and then what we did is we started venturing out of Africa onto Europe Siberia up north well it really got cold especially in winters so what scientists suggest is that human invented clothing to save themselves from bitter cold which actually makes some sense only man use his intelligence to build tools and weapons out of materials like stones and wood they use these weapons to hunt down hairy animals like wolves and mammoths that have a lot of fur they use the skin of these animals to make primitive clothes and wrap themselves in it and kept themselves warm this was a discovery that led to the birth of clothing instead of just wrapping the skin around them they started to make holes in it to put their heads and arms through soon the methods got more and more complicated they figured out how to make pointy sharp tools to punch holes in the animal’s skin which they would tie together with thin strips of animals skin now they could make something much better they’re just simple loose hanging clothes their arms their legs their head their feet also could be covered and they could look more fashionable as well.

So one of the oldest pieces of clothing that we do have evidence of is in this special place called Catal Huyuk, Catal Huyuk is believed to be the oldest human settlement that we know of after studying the site scientists have confirmed that they grew these plants called flax to produce a sort of fibrous material that they make clothing out of this cloth material you may actually know the name is called linen this is the oldest evidence we have of a human being making clothes from threads. let’s go to the next place “Egypt” the ancient Egyptians were masters at making textiles and fabrics they made fabrics out of different varieties of plants like reed and palm and even fabulous along with linen. The linen material was ideal for the hot climate in Egypt it helped the Egyptians keep cool in the summer especially.

In China a long time ago a Chinese Empress was sipping some hot liquid diet under a mulberry tree and then what something feel into her teeth what was that it looked like viewer vaguely why blob she kept watching just Kept watching what happened inside the cup blob started unraveling into a long thin thread so the Empress ordered her Royal Physicians to find out what this was and after much research they found out that it was a surprisingly strong thread that we can make really smooth shiny fashionable clothes out of and so silk clothes were invented the ancient Chinese went a step ahead and figure out how to make clothes in different colors to they just use some color extracted from a plant and apply it on the floats the trainee is discovered the concept of dyeing much before most of the world cloth dyes were one of the main things that they traded and this made clothes so colorful which were usually so bland and boring right in 13th century there was a boom in the dyeing industry and suddenly there was color everywhere and by the time people had enough knowledge of materials fabrics colors and they started experimenting and making art fashion was born people started coming up with all sorts designs for clothes fashion started picking up all the world people started experimenting and varying more and more elaborate in different types of clothes after the 20th century you had all the jeans and the t-shirts and all of that making a big of earnings.

The basic undergarment was the linen smock which was worn night and day. No underdrawers were worn, this was both practical and discreet as, without ready access to private latrines, the ability to relieve oneself quickly and discreetly without having first to remove garment was important.

Women wore kirtle or gown over the smock and sometimes more than one for warmth. Their garments were economically made from a length of wool or linen cut into squares, rectangles, and triangles which avoided wastage. The garments were loosely fitted and were pulled on over the head. Shaping was limited to gathers, pleats, or tocks and by wearing belts. The belt pulled the kirtle into shape at the waist and provided the means of carrying items from purses to tools, such as drop spindles. A distaff could also be tucked into the belt, leaving the hands free for spinning.

Before the 19th-century clothing fashion design get changing with a long time ago but after the nineteenth century, modern society adopted its latest varieties very soon and attractive designs of clothing got revolution with digital marketing.

The 20th century saw some of the biggest changes not just in industry and politics but especially in clothing fashion, human started wearing corsetry and women skirts to the floor and big massive hats and by the end were wearing low rise jeans and bikini tops regularly but to the truly bring into perspective just how wide varying fashions in the 20th century were need to look at them together in a timeline so today people are gone run through 20th-century fashion from 1900 to 1999 however there is catch we would be sat here for the year if we tried to go through the entirety of a century stopping every single little moment fashion history. And things that were important to fashion at the time.
